This tutu is called a double tutu! It is a 2-layered tutu. This one is made from light blue and dark purple tulle. You choose the colors you would like. Limit 2 colors.

*Please note, ribbon colors on the tutus change. You may not get the exact ribbon you see on the website. Every tutu does come with a coordinating ribbon.*

These tutus are roughly 19 inches in the waist, made with elastic bands. You have the choice of a 10" length or 12" length.
